How we strive to be different!

Our mantra is “your continued trust is our goal”. This is not just a collection of clever words to hypnotize you- it is the actual focus each day in our shop.

Here are some bullet points on how we strive to be different:

• Integrity - This is the cornerstone of all we do. Do unto others as you would have them do to unto you.

• Communication - We stress listening to find out what your vision is for your baby, what your budget and concerns are. We want to give you frequent updates on our progress towards those goals.

• Estimation Process- Every car gets an assessment and a written estimate. after consultation with you and an agreement is made, that becomes the plan to improve your baby.

• Passion - None of us here have felt we “had to go to work today” since we joined BCR. We come in each day eager to discover the new challenges and then as a team, set about creating possible solutions.

• Specialization - We only work on what we are familiar with, which is Austin Healey BN1 to BJ8, Sprite/Midget, TR2 to TR6, MGA, and MGB.

• Ability- 52 years’ experience, factory trained, and constant training to improve our skills.

• Detective - We are constantly on the lookout for clues to the next need the car will reveal, and then alert you and adjust the plan as necessary.

• Details - We intend on getting the details right so the total job can turn out better.

• The care given to your car - Double fender covers, body blankets, finesse, not force, documenting condition as arrived, detailing your car before it goes home. Our shop is clean, organized, and designed to provide a safe environment for your car and us.

• Warranty - As hard as we try to, we cannot control every possible situation and every outcome when working on 50-year-old classic cars, so we created a warranty policy that protects you and your baby. That is a 1-year warranty that covers both parts and labor.
